AABB seeks an Accreditation Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Accreditation and Quality Department. They will coordinate various processes to ensure an exceptional member and customer experience engaging with the Accreditation program. Major Responsibilities Utilizes the APEX System to coordinate facility follow up and ensures all process and reminder steps occur within the system for all assessments. Assist with APEX maintenance and general system troubleshooting. Receives, vets, and submits help desk tickets to the APEX help desk. Tracks resolution and follows up with staff, as appropriate.
