Medical Technician - Laboratory
This Medical Technician position is located in the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service at the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The responsibility of this position is processing specimens; receipt, preparation and analysis including, computerized accessioning, centrifugation, aliquoting (when appropriate), specimen acceptability determinations, delivery to the point of analysis. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 09/30/2023. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS5 position you must have served 52 weeks
