Director of Quality Operations
Overview The KaloCyte Director of Quality Operations (DQO) will supervise the day-to-day product development activity in the KaloCyte Laboratory, located in the Center for Blood Oxygen Transport and Hemostasis (CBOTH) at the School of Medicine, University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB). KaloCyte is a UMB BioPark affiliate and growing company, commercializing a novel bio-synthetic nano-formulated artificial red blood cell (ErythroMer, EM). In partnership with the KaloCyte Scientific Team, the DQO will implement the EM product development plan: arrange complex experiments (bench and animal), coordinate EM fabrication and experimentation pacing, and be directly responsible for documentation of experimental activities and organization of related data files in preparati
