The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM) and the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Hematology/Oncology/BMT at Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH) are seeking a new Co-Director of Transfusion Medicine and Assistant Director of Apheresis. The majority of the position will involve management of the clinical transfusion medicine services, with a smaller portion of effort in apheresis.   Transfusion medicine candidates should have great than 5 years of experience including knowledge of pediatric MTPs, ECMO and transplantation (BMT and solid organ) and pediatric blood management.  The position will work collaboratively with several clinical departments as related to transfusion and apheresis support.  The Transfusion Services section is accredited by the AABB, the Colle
