LifeStream, a local nonprofit organization providing blood services for more than 80 hospitals in Southern California, is searching for a Director, Donor Recruitment to lead the Donor Recruitment Team. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, and managing a staff of 16 employees, the Director of Donor Recruitment is responsible for developing and deploying cohesive recruitment strategies to increase annual collections through the acquisition of new blood donors, new donor groups, and increased frequency of current donors.
