Job Summary: The Lab Manager manages and supervises staff performing laboratory testing and assures that testing operations occur in a satisfactory manner consistent with regulatory requirements. The Lab Manager will provide guidance and oversight of technical, staffing and operational workflows, quality of instrument/equipment performance, and assists the System Administrative Director in decision making as appropriate.
