JOB SUMMARY Technical Supervisor, Laboratory Services provides leadership oversight to pre-analytical, specimen collection, specimen processing and/or laboratory support areas. As a leader in these areas, the supervisor must be an expert in specimen identification, specimen integrity, specimen accessioning and the best laboratory practice. Supervises the daily operations of a Laboratory Division or major function of a Clinical Laboratory. Possesses the technical and leadership skills to supervise personnel; coordinate operations, organize and improve workflow for the division; and communicate with staff, management, and senior leadership.
