The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Boston Medical Center (BMC) is recruiting a Transfusion Medicine Physician to join the blood bank and transfusion medicine service as an Assistant Director for Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine. The successful applicant will also receive an academic appointment at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, at a rank commensurate with experience.      The qualified applicant should possess an M.D., D.O., or MBBS with board certification (or board eligible) from the American Board of Pathology (ABP) in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine, and be eligible to practice in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.
