Medical Technologist
The incumbent serves as a generalist in medical technology with responsibility for performing procedures in a variety of laboratory disciplines, such as specimen collection, microbiology, chemistry, coagulation, hematology, immunohematology (blood banking) and urinalysis. The generalist medical technologist rotates with other generalists on a regular basis through the above-mentioned areas.
