The incumbent is a team member of the VA Central California Healthcare System, Primary Care Service and is assigned to the Tulare Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The incumbent is directly responsible for the clinical laboratory/phlebotomy services at the CBOC. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 09/29/2023.
