The Medical Technologist (MT) conducts daily operations in the laboratory, including testing, quality control, and instrument maintenance. The MT ensures compliance with regulations across disciplines such as chemistry and immunology. Independent judgment is exercised in tasks such as diagnosing patients and educating healthcare professionals.
