DescriptionAndalusia Health is seeking Medical Technologist (MT) OR Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT). Serves as a professional member of the laboratory staff who works well as a member of the laboratory team, performing all laboratory procedures   (Blood Bank, Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology, Urinalysis, Point of Care) , assist with R&D, staff training, quality control review and assessment, instrumentation maintenance, venipuncture, solves problems under critical time constraints,  operates under minimal supervision, and assists the Analytical Lead and Laboratory Manager.At Andalusia Health, we recognize that our patients deserve qualified, engaged, and competent healthcare professionals.
