Atlantic Health System is seeking a part-time Medical Laboratory Scientist II for the Transfusion Services at Morristown Medical Center to work 3pm - 11pm, including every third weekend.
Perform ABO/Rh type, antibody screening, antibody identification, compatibility testing, component storage, preparation and issue in a trauma center blood bank.
Associate's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution. Bachelor's degree preferred. Foreign graduates require equivalency evaluation documentation.
Previous laboratory experience preferred, but not necessary; new MLS/ CLS graduates welcome
ASCP or equivalent certification preferred
