Memorial Blood Centers (MBC.ORG), a division of Innovative Blood Resources, now a major partner in the NYBC Enterprise, has been saving and sustaining lives since 1948, and we're seeking a Medical Director who will help further our efforts to sustain and expand our success.
This challenging medical directorship puts you in the driver’s seat as co-medical director at a nationally recognized Children’s hospital transfusion service, a national quality leading safety net hospital that is the largest local level 1 trauma center (both adult and pediatric), and associate medical director for blood centers in MN (Duluth and Twin Cities, NE (Lincoln and Omaha) and Greater KC (Kansas and Missouri). The blood centers in MN, NE and the Greater KC area serve nearly 100 hospitals and more than a dozen air ambulances with life-saving blood—from our community, for our community. The blood centers collect peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC) and perform testing for almost ½ million donors annually.
