MLS Lead role performs complex analyses on a variety of sample types, utilizing independent judgment to generate acceptable test results. Performs as lead by managing workflow, mentoring others and serving as a clinical and technical resource.

Qualifications

Three years of clinical laboratory experience +Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, biology or related sciences or 5years of clinical laboratory experience + an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, basic sciences or related field required or completion of Military Laboratory Technician program with relevant experience required.
ASCP or equivalent preferred.
