The incumbent serves as a Medical Laboratory Technician for the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Services (PALMS) at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. In addition to performing phlebotomy and Point of Care Testing (POC), the incumbent will be assigned to various higher-level duties according to the needs of the laboratory; plan work assignments and workflow; provide phlebotomy and specimen processing training and education.
