Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Medical Office Associate for the Pre-Admission Testing Department at Overlook Medical Center to work 7AM -3PM.Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Responsible for securing, evaluating, and processing Surgery Scheduling Forms. Reconciles Surgery Scheduling Form with cases in MMF and OR Schedule at 48 & 24 hrs. pre-op. Contact surgeon's office to secure Surg. Sch. Form in a timely manner. Informs manager of extensive delay(s). Assesses Surg. Sch. Form for on-site PAT testing vs. outside testing to determine how to secure testing results. Evaluates testing ordered for compliance to Anesthesia Dept. recommendations and troubleshoots discrepancies.Develops pre-surgical patient chart
