This position serves as the Supervisory Medical Technician in a highly specialized laboratory at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. The position is responsible for performing specimen collection, processing, and distribution to appropriate sections of the clinical laboratory; as well as, the liaison for the VA Outpatient Clinics, the CBOCs, and all areas of the medical center responsible for referring laboratory tests and test requests to the Main Laboratory for collection and/or processing. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 04/04/2023. This position has an Individual Occupational Requirement (IOR): Specialized Experience Technical medical laboratory support work such as performing laboratory tests and examinati
