Supervise staff performing basic and advanced test procedures and interpreting complex test results to determine donor/recipient compatibility. Advise technologists in resolving compatibility problems, providing reference and consultation services to hospitals and transfusion facilities and in supplying antigen-negative units to transfusion recipients.
