ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN (USA). The Department of Pathology at Michigan Medicine is seeking an experienced Transfusion Medicine specialist to lead and direct a dynamic clinical laboratory section, which includes a tertiary care center blood bank, immunohematology reference laboratory, apheresis service, and a cellular therapy laboratory. Candidates must possess a M.D. or D.O. and be board-certified in either Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology or Hematology by the American Board of Internal Medicine or Pediatrics, and they must also be boarded in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine by the American Board of Pathology.
