This position serves as a phlebotomist in the clinical laboratory, bone marrow assistant for the clinician and specimen receiving and processing technician. The incumbent is responsible for assuring that proper technique is used for specimen collection, computer accessioning, labeling, and must ensure that patients are accurately identified. This position is to cover Ann Arbor Medical Center and rotate to the CBOC location such as Canton on a as needed basis.
