Employee will be assigned to Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service, VA Eastern Kansas Healthcare System, Topeka, KS, performing phlebotomy, accessioning specimens, and other procedures necessary to ensure appropriate specimen receipt, handling, and processing to ensure accurate, reliable laboratory results. ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7402(d), No person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
