Oklahoma Blood Institute is looking for a Senior Director of Communication Technology and Strategy to help us transform our existing communication methods into an integrated and comprehensive communications strategy utilizing the latest technology and trends to reach potential donors wherever they are.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday (some weekends)
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (some evenings)
The Senior Director of Communication Technology and Strategy is responsible for the planning of direct-to-donor and donor groups communication across various channels, including calling, live texting, and other methods. The initial focus will be on transforming existing communication methods - currently based largely on phone calls - into an integrated and comprehensive communication strategy intended to increase the amount of lifesaving blood donors. Direct and shape the future of the contact center operation to improve the donor experience and provide donor growth through new available technological channels and structuring plans.
Qualification and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategic communications, or another related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 10 years in marketing, communications, business strategy or related field.
At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
Call Center experience preferred.
Strong experience in strategic planning for various audience segments.
Demonstrated experience in research evaluation and translating insight into tactical recommendations.
Experience building consensus across leadership, senior staff, and direct reports.
Strong vision for finding solutions outside of established processes.
Demonstrated experience in working with IT partners to establish new digital solutions for existing communications challenges.
