Overview: The role of Senior Software Product Specialist is to be a subject matter expert on the streamlined Recruitment software solutions that InVita provides for the blood and plasma collection industry. This role will oversee product implementations, and assist the CS team with fielding and triaging client inquiries, managing a queue, and providing project status updates both internally and externally. While a part of the Client Services dept, the Senior Software Product Specialist will also interact with our Director of Software Engineering department and Product department to provide client feedback and requests, as well as assist in product release management.
