Lead Medical Technologist: Transfusion Medicine/Cellular Therapy
Job Summary: Under general supervision, independently performs all levels of testing, moderate and high complexity, following established policies, procedures and professional guidelines. Responsible for leading or performing routine and specialized technical analyses. Operates and maintains instrumentation according to established laboratory procedures and protocols. Exercises independent judgment in recognizing and solving test related problems. Leads or performs technical job duties as specified in CAP Regulations.
