Supervisory Medical Technologist serves as a supervisor in the laboratory at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. The incumbent works under the direct supervision of the Laboratory Manager. The incumbent's primary responsibility is providing direction to testing and non-testing personnel, such as medical technologist, medical technicians, and MLT's in specimen testing, collecting, processing and accessioning, and quality control activities of the section. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
