This position is located at the West Texas VA Health Care System in the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service. The incumbent provides authoritative consultative services to management at all levels of the organization as it applies to quality management in a clinical laboratory setting. Maintains a laboratory performance improvement program and ensures monitoring of components and customer feedback.
