Lead Laboratory Technologist - Blood Bank
In this role you will be responsible for: Capable of performing complex testing, review and release of results and associated instrument maintenance, reagent preparation and documentation. Assists in the implementation and evaluation of new technologies or procedures. Acts as a technical resource and trainer to those who are less experienced. Assigns work tasks to facilitate best use of talent and proficient workflow. Participates and supports the Quality Assurance Program. Efficiently communicates issues to appropriate General Supervisor. Participates in staff appraisals.
