The Quality Administrator (QA) position ensures that the facility establishes, implements, and maintains a quality system that meets the requirements of regulatory and company standards. The candidate for this position shall possess a thorough understanding of HCT/P's and Andrology, assure appropriate and timely licensure, conform to federal and state regulations, and track/trend lab deviation systems. The QA will work with all departments and executive management to fully implement standards and regulations. Participating in field related educational workshops, maintaining good working relationships with regulatory authorities and government agencies, and auditing internal documents and systems to assure compliance is also required of the QA.
