About the Role Coordinate all aspects of the distance learning program, specifically: - Operational and logistical aspects of distance learning programs. Identify program and process improvements, make recommendations and implement such changes. Monitors and assists with evaluating eLearning offerings processes and procedures and assists with developing best practices, policies and procedures to ensure cost-effective, quality and timely eLearning programs.
- Host and facilitate all eCasts and online programs with emphasis on speaker training, customer engagement and group facilitation.
- Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of distance learning programs in promoting knowledge or skill acquisition. Develop, compile and/or analyze reports and data as needed and/or scheduled.
- Assist the Marketing and Communications departments on all marketing and communication initiatives including print, online and social media forums.
- Serve as the customer care representative to assist all customers with inquiries regarding eLearning programs.
- Manage CME/CE programs for all distance learning opportunities to ensure compliance to rules and regulations and appropriate and timely end-user credit conferred.
- Coordinates logistical aspects of Committee in-person and/or virtual meetings. Assist and participate in all Committee initiatives, programs and meetings.
- Assist with the development of innovations and improvements to AABB’s eLearning programs.
- Assist Director in development and reporting of distance learning budget and quarterly forecasts if requested. Maintain budget stewardship by monitoring and aligning budget with projected expenses and revenue.
- Manage all aspects of AABB’s certificate programs or other programs being developed within the framework of eLearning.
- Coordinate all aspects of program delivery via the learning management system including program editing.
- Other duties as assigned in conjunction with precipitating AABB’s eLearning programs.
Position may also include the following duties: - Participate in all meetings/trainings relating to furthering knowledge of new industry methodologies and ideas for distance learning programs.
About You Education and Experience: - Education - Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
- Experience - Minimum of three years coordinating education programs, preferably for an association. Experience working with speakers, volunteers and learning management systems.
