Screen donors to assess donor suitability for blood donation. Demonstrate safe phlebotomy procedure for donor's and patient's blood collection. Balance productivity, customer service, and compliance to ensure the integrity of the collection process and donor experience. Train new donor specialists as needed to ensure competency, compliance, and good customer service. Insuring that a safe pure and potent blood product for our patients, causing no harm to our donors.
