Responsible for development, collection, growth and recruitment of fixed and mobile blood drives as well as specialty donors for whole blood and automated blood collection.
Manages, supervises and coordinates the activities and development of the Specialty Telerecruitment Group.
Makes presentations to public, media, potential donors and sponsors about the need for blood and platelets.
Completes yearly employee performance evaluations of specialty telerecruitment donor recruitment staff, incorporating culture and core competency measurements
Interviews, hires, trains, supervises, coaches, motivates and evaluates employees; writes corrective action plans as necessary.
