This position provides technical supervision within the Transfusion Medicine Services. Duties include monitoring daily workflow, coordinating schedules, providing consultation to health care providers, and supervising personnel. Supervision responsibilities include participation in hiring decisions, performance evaluations, regulatory compliance, and implementation and development of new technologies.

Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Chemistry or a Biological Science. They will also have Four (4) years of laboratory experience in the assigned area. This role requires Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent certification by the ASCP Board of Certification (BOC).
